Description
Our 3mL Vial Sized Desiccant Jar is a practical 3D printed storage accessory manufactured by BacWaterDirect UK for research and laboratory environments. Sized at 16mm x 38mm, this compact jar closely matches the dimensions of a standard 3mL vial, making it ideal for use inside storage containers where space efficiency matters.
Designed to help support a drier storage environment, this vial-sized desiccant jar allows you to replace one or more vial positions with a compact moisture-control solution. It helps you maximise vial storage while adding drying capability within the container, making it a useful accessory for organised long-term vial storage.
Each jar is supplied prefilled with indicating desiccant beads, offering a convenient ready-to-use solution straight out of the box. The beads can be gently reheated in the microwave to help recharge their moisture-absorbing properties for reuse. For best results, we recommend a 25% fill level of the case.
Each unit is 3D printed to order using an FDM printer and produced in either PLA, PETG, or ABS, depending on the specific accessory and production requirements.
